Return Policies
Our Return Policy has been developed to offer as much convenience as possible, while still allowing us to minimize our overhead and maintain the low pricing our customers have come to expect. The following Return Policy is strictly adhered to. Please review these policies before placing any orders through this site or before requesting a return authorization.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department through the use of our Return Request Form, within 10 business days of delivery of the order. Returns received by our warehouse without a return authorization number will be refused. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.
Please Note:
Freight charges for all authorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A re-stocking fee may also be assessed. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may lose your right to make claim with the delivery company.
Claims for product shortages in packing must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Close out Merchandise is Non-Returnable

This Merchant is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Once the merchandise has left our warehouse it becomes the property of the customer, and as such, customer will be responsible for any orders lost or misdelivered by their selected freight carrier. If you have chosen either UPS or USPS Insured services for your order, our Customer Service Department will file any necessary claims on your behalf and refund all monies in association with your claim once we have received them.
Please Note:
If you order was shipped via USPS, please observe the following restrictions on lost package claims:
Domestic Orders are not considered lost until 30 days from shipping date.
International Orders are not considered lost until 45 days from shipping date.
15% Handling charge on all returned orders.
